Beneath the starry skies

Trekking- hiking with backpacks and tents in untouched nature is a special experience in the North Eifel. Trekkers can legally put up their tents on secluded campsites and immerse themselves into nature. All sites are only accessible by foot on hiking trails. You are responsible for bringing your own food and all necessary utensils. 

Every campsite is equipped with a composting toilet and up to two tents fit onto every tent platform.

Practical tips

The cost is €10 per tent per night. You can book your campsite here www.trekking-eifel.de. With the booking confirmation you will receive the GPS coordinates and the directions to your campsite.
