Please note
Stars are signs of quality for accommodation in Germany. Whether hotel, inn, guesthouse, boarding house, holiday apartment, private room, farm or campsite, stars give guests a high standard of transparency and product safety. The stars, awarded by the German hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) and by the German Tourism Association (DTV) are valid for a period of three years each.
In the North Eifel guest magazine and the information and reservation system Deskline3.0 the stars are awarded for individually named objects valid at the time of printing. The actual validity period is written on the hosts’ certificates and on the validity sticker on the classification board. Businesses without star certification have not taken part in the voluntary classification. This is not an inference on their quality and standards.
