Winter sports in the North Eifel

Nearly every year in the winter, parts of the North Eifel region is covered in snow and the winter sports resort near Udenbreth and Hollerath awaits you. In addition to a downhill slope with an anchor ski lift, there are 17km of signposted and prepared cross country skiing trails. Fun for the whole family is guaranteed on the toboggan runs, which also have a lift, and on the designated snow hiking tails. 

At the winter sports resort Weißer Stein Udenbreth, Hollerath, and Losheimergraben winter sports are currently possible.

The cross country skiing trails in Losheimergraben have been prepared on February 27. 2020.

The cross country skiing trails in Hollerath and Udenbreth have been prepared on February 28. 2020.

The toboggan hill and lift open on February 29. 2020 and March 01. 2020 at 11.00.

Cross country skiing enthusiasts can look forward to an 8km long looped trail in the beautiful countryside between Nettersheim and Marmagen where they also pass the Roman temple “Görresburg”. In Blankenheim and Bad Münstereifel you also have the option to toboggan. 

In the Eifel National Park you will find several prepared hiking trails, and the same applies for the hiking network in Schleiden. 

The newly built ski jump in Hellenthal- Hollerath offers the opportunity for first jumps to children and youth year-round.
