Zülpich Regional Castle
The Cologne regional castle in Zülpich was built at the end of the 14th century as a sovereign symbol and outpost for the Cologne archbishops against the County of Jülich.
The 30m high observation tower of the regional castle can now be climbed since the
"Landesgartenschau NRW Zülpich" (LAGA/ NRW regional garden show) in 2014. You can find the "Zülpich historical workshop" in the courtyard and on the ground floor.
