In 2022 the Eifelsteig hiking bus is also running and provide a comfortable and environmentally-friendly connection to the Eifelsteig and other hiking trails in the North Eifel.
We hiked on the "Old Paths through the Eifel" and booked the all- round carefree package deal. It was a really wonderful week for us and for this reason we would like to thank you all of you who made this possible. It was really super to hike with a light load. We felt comfortable everywhere we went and will certainly come again. Thank you also for making our dogs welcome everywhere."

As a sustainable nature region climate friendliness plays a large role. For this reason the guest pass is included in many multiple-day package deals which you can use without charge for the bus and railway service of the Rhein-Sieg public transport com-pany (VRS) and the Aachen public transport company (AVV).
