In bad weather the indoor playgrounds AKTIV or Hugodrom are worth a visit. Or try out the Zülpich Roman thermals – Museum of bathing culture with antique games. Or get Wolli, a real steam engine, going at the Müller cloth factory.

The Coral Reef Aquarium in the Eifel Nature Centre will amaze you. The Eifel National Park centre with its exhibition” Wilderness dreams and spaces” teaches you all kinds of exciting facts about forests, water and wilderness in the Eifel National Park. Or go underground in the footsteps of miners in the two visitors’ mines “Grube Wohlfahrt” or the Mechernich Mining Museum “Grube Günnersdorf.”
If you like to play around in water or just swim lengths you are in the right place in our indoor pools. You can also have action while doing making your own archery bow.
